I am writing to extend our huge thanks to Greta (Ms. G as I heard people call her!) at the Houston, Brinkmann store. It would take too long to write how our carpet purchase initially went; suffice to say, not good. I had to return the first carpet we ordered as it should have not been sold to a person who has dogs and I clearly stated I had two dogs. Anyway, since my house was completely unloaded in anticipation of the installation... a HORRID mess, I was extraordinarily stressed and upset while at work.
